   HTD is in charge of Nghia Do Pilot Technology Production Zone, with a total area of 17,105 m², comprising of the technical facilities of the complex and 3 buildings: 2A, 2B, 2C with the total floor area of 10,440 m²/total building area of 3,480 m^{2 .}
